For any products purchased online, the customer is ALLOWED to refund/exchange under the following circumstances:-
The product is found to be damaged upon delivery.
The product is found to be defective and fails to conform with its manufacturing specifications.
Wrong products received
The wrong product was delivered to the customer.
The product delivered was not complete and/or what was delivered failed to match with the descriptions in the box.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:-
- Items to be returned should be in its original condition and packaging - with the original tags and seals intact, user manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity attached together with any related accessories included (if any). If these conditions are not fulfilled, or anything unreasonable, it will NOT be accepted for returns.
- Please attach the original proof of purchase - order number, buying invoice, delivery note and proof of payment for us to process the returns.
- Items to be returned must be shipped back to us within seven (7) calendar days from the date the customer received the items as per stated in the receipt of acknowledgment of products.
- We will not assume any responsibility for the lost and damage of shipments which occurred during the return transit.
- Our decision relating to any requests for return is final.
- We reserve the right NOT to accept and/or process returns received after seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of acknowledgment of products.
For any products purchased online, the customer is NOT ALLOWED to refund/exchange if any of the following applies:-
- The customer has a change of mind after the purchase of products.
- The customer is unhappy and/or dissatisfied with the selected paint colour.
- The products are unwanted by the customer.
- The products returned are found to be not faulty or damaged and it correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website and in the customer’s order.
- All tinted and/or custom ordered products.
- The products are not returned in accordance with our return policy.
- The products are not returned within the stipulated time period.
- The products are found to be negligently and/or wilfully mishandled / misused.
If any of the above applies, the returned products will be sent back to the customer at the expense and costs of the customer.
All returns are refunded through store credit. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for a return to be processed and a refund or store credit to be issued.
For any refund/exchange requests which have been denied, the customer is required to pay the shipping and all return charges within fourteen (14) days upon notification, failing which the customer shall be deemed to be no longer interested in the products and it shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to the customer.
