MR PAINT SHOP ONLINE SDN BHD can only deliver the confirmed orders to street address in Peninsular Malaysia. The customer must ensure the street names and postcodes are correct and accurate before confirming the order.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box or any addresses outside Peninsular Malaysia and/or international addresses.
At the time of delivery, the customer will be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery courier. In doing so, the customer agrees to inspect the packing of the parcel to ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before signing-off and acknowledging receipt of the received products. If the packaging seal appears to be opened or damaged, the customer SHOULD NOT accept the parcel.
If the customer is not at home or unavailable to receive the parcel, the customer should login to the online account or the courier provider website to track the status of parcel.
If the delivery of the products was unable to be successfully delivered after three (3) attempts, or the customer fails to collect the products from the courier provider, the order may be disposed, forfeited and there shall not be any refund to the customer for the amount purchased for the particular product.
All orders will be delivered via standard packaging materials and no special packaging is currently available for our products.
All delivery of our products will only be made to one (1) delivery address within Peninsular Malaysia only. If the customer would like to deliver to multiple addresses, we would encourage the customer to place their order separately for each different address.
All shipping and handling fee are strictly NOT REFUNDABLE.
We strive to deliver the customers’ products in the shortest time possible. All orders will be processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed.
All orders will be dispatched and delivered by the designated courier provider from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
There may be promotional offerings for free delivery fees* from time to time, so be sure to check out our website often.

Order confirmation and closing time is before 12 pm.
Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday after 12 pm and Sunday will only be processed on the following working day and will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s).
All the price of our products and/or services quoted on our website are in the currency of Ringgit Malaysia (“RM”) and exclude applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees.
All payment for the orders made will be through the iPay88 online payment gateway. We do not accept payments on “cash-on-delivery” basis.
Standard Delivery Lead Time
Our standard delivery lead times are as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 1 – 5 working days for products to arrive.
- Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working day.
Sale / Promotional Periods
During peak online sales / promotional periods, the delivery of our products may be longer than the standard delivery lead time due to the surge in online orders and web traffic.
The revised delivery lead time during such period is as follows:-
- Peninsular Malaysia: Additional 3 – 5 working days for products to arrive.
Customer is advised to place the order for products at least two (2) weeks in advance during such peak online sales / promotional periods including festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.
How To Track Order
Customer can check on the delivery status by logging into the user account.
Alternatively, customer can visit the courier provider website and insert the tracking number in the widget to check on the delivery status.
We would advise to allow at least a few hours after the receipt of the delivery confirmation email for the system to reflect the status of the customers’ order delivery.
Any delay on delivery will be indicated on the courier provider’s website. In the circumstances where there is no delivery status update after one (1) week from the customer’s receipt of the delivery confirmation email, customer is advised to contact our customer service representative for further assistance.
